We have known for awhile now that Ghost Rider 2 was coming and that Nicolas Cage would star. Eva Mendez I believe at last report is not returning which is unfortunate but also probably a wise choice.
According to HotNews.ro Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance will shoot in Romania this fall. This is the second big American production to shoot in Romania ( last one was Cold mountain ). This is also the first 3D production to shoot in Romania.
Nicolas Cage revealed some time back that the 2nd film will be based after the first one but will be setup in such a fashion that its a stand alone film. It will not have any ties to the first one which makes sense since I am sure nobody is waiting with baited breath to see the story continue. What do you think about Ghost Rider 2? Excited? Blah? The interwebz has been buzzing lately with the sudden info on a new Hellraiser sequel in development titled, Hellraiser: Revelations. No relation to the much talked-about Hellraiser remake (still in development) the pic will be directed by Victor Garcia (Return to House on Haunted Hill, Mirrors 2) and is written by Hellraiser series FX-vet Gary Tunnicliffe.

According to STYD, A new Hellraiser movie is steadily going into production, which is another stand alone Hellraiser tale. Not a lot of details have been released as of yet but the film is titled Hellraiser: Revelations, and Victor Garcia (Mirrors 2) will be directing and special effects artist Gary Tunnicliffe has wrote a screenplay for the movie.
So what does this mean about the remake? Who knows, just give me a Hellraiser movie that’s dark with more pinhead and his cenobites!
From Deadline NY Comes word that Tim Burtons upcoming stop motion remake of The Addams family has found its writers. Ed Wood writers Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski are going to write the film.
Its been a long time since we have seen any updates on the Addams family remake but it should be expected that Johnny Depp will be in top consideration for one of the roles given his tight relationship with Tim Burton. Tim Burtons other projects include an upcoming Frankenweenie movie.

I dont know about the rest of you but I for one wish that True Blood would quit being so uptight and straight laced. For me its a vampire show that really needs alot more nudity, gore and gratuitous sex scenes to really complete it. ( Seriously hope you all caught the heavy dose of sarcasm ).

<p>Wes Craven’s new film My Soul to Take, formerly called 25/8, is set to hit theaters this October. With that date right around the corner, it’s about time they popped a trailer out for this film and they have done just that. Personally I must say I am a bit disappointed as it looks like a lot of the other teen slashers to come down the pipes in recent years but feel free to add your comments as well. </p><p>Oh and have we mentioned it’s being released in 3D?
